Making Cheese and Butter

Discover how milk is transformed into delicious dairy products through hands-on learning. Students will make their own butter and cheese while exploring the role dairy has played on the farm and in our food system.

Ages: 4-12

Every semester (Fall/Spring), each participating student’s parent is asked to assist with one to two classes. As you register, please email Emma (estoetzel12@gmail.com) with which month or two you’d be available to help out. You are not expected to have anything prepared, just be available to help distribute materials to kids and lend a hand during the class.
