Yeast and Sourdough Bread

Learn the history and science behind yeast and sourdough while
getting hands-on with bread making basics. We’ll wrap up the day
with a fun winter sledding party to celebrate fresh air and full
bellies.

Ages: 4-12

Every semester (Fall/Spring), each participating student’s parent is asked to assist with one to two classes. As you register, please email Emma (estoetzel12@gmail.com) with which month or two you’d be available to help out. You are not expected to have anything prepared, just be available to help distribute materials to kids and lend a hand during the class.
